This exquisite project showcases the elegant design of the Aqua Technics pool, seamlessly paired with an overspill spa that perfectly complements the Georgian architectural style of the clients' residence. The customer specifically requested a bright blue pool that is easy to maintain, leading to the selection of an Aqua-Technics Pools Royale one-piece pool and Nova spillway spa in the captivating Twilight colour. The installation features contrasting granite copings, paving, and cladding for the spa sides. Aqua Technics offers maintenance benefits such as Microtech, an anti-microbial agent integrated into the pool's surface, and PoolColourGuard, a finish coating that protects the pool's surface and eliminates the need for costly refurbishments over its lifetime.

The pool is equipped with an Aqua Technics Spillway spa, which can accommodate up to eight people. This spa is integrated with the pool filtration system to create an overflow feature into the pool. It can also be used independently by simply pressing a button, heating up to a comforting 40 degrees.

Installation of the pool in January posed challenges due to the high water table in the marshland area. As a result, we had to employ a large commercial pump to dewater the ground around the clock. Our efforts also involved managing ground water and utilising a submersible pump. Despite facing an oversize excavation and continuous collapsing of the sides, we managed to stabilise the situation by reinforcing the sides at a 45-degree angle.
